Staff are helpful and polite.
Rooms are on the small side although adequate.

The Best Western City is a clean, simple 3-star hotel located just minutes away from Sauchiehall Street. Though the rooms are fairly small, they do contain everything guests would need for a short break. Staff members are polite and friendly and always willing to help. This is a good property for people looking for an affordable base in the centre of Glasgow.
