Our Review

This is an excellent located hotel, right next to the bus station and only a couple of minutes walk to the main shopping areas of Glasgow. Staff are extremely helpful and very welcoming. This is a highly recommended hotel with many of our guests making return visits.

     Room service prompt and tasty....             Room service was quick, efficient and excellent quality...              Dinner in the Oshi restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced...             TV could be improved...             Excellent accommodation, food & drink...             Liked the option of bar food for casual eating or the restaurant for dinner/lunch....             Bar lively with good atmosphere...             disappointment that a hotel that promotes a beauty Spa to guests on arrival that on two consecutive days there were no available appointments...             no carpark at the hotel but nearby at John Lewis however this was at a cost of ?8.00 per night ...             Hotel Restaurants are first class & good value for money....
