The Express by Holiday Inn Riverside Hotel is housed in a strikingly modern building overlooking the River Clyde. The spacious lobby is modern and minimalist, with a tiled floor, light wood fittings and lots of spot lighting. The 128 guestrooms are equally understated, the plain décor contrasting attractively with the patterned curtains and bedspreads and the modern art on the walls. The triple rooms consist of a double bed and an extra bed. The hotel also offers a generous Continental buffet every morning in its bright, welcoming breakfast room, which is decorated in soothing beige and cream tones.
