The hotel is centrally located, just off Blyswood Square and a few minutes' walk from Glasgow School of Art, the Buchanan Galleries and boutique shopping in Princes Square.

The Malmaison Hotel is a stylish multi-award winning property, housed in a converted Greek Orthodox Church in the heart of Glasgow's business district. The attractive lobby features a splendid Art Nouveau staircase with a wrought-iron balustrade illustrating Napoléon's exploits (the chain is named after one of his chateaux.) The 72 cosy guestrooms are individually designed, exuding classic contemporary style with bold colour schemes balanced by traditional fabrics and furniture. Some feature French windows and mezzanine floors, but all are clean and well maintained, as are the en suite bathrooms, equipped with power rainfall showers and luxury Arran Aromatics toiletries which you an encouraged to take home.
Situated in the vaulted basement, the terra-cotta-hued Brasserie and Bar serves classic local ingredients. There is also a recently opened champagne bar and a hi-tech fitness room, Gymtonic.
